Dr. Anwar

Tameem Anwar, DDS
Dr. Anwar is a comprehensive dentist who performs all aspects of
dentistry. Dr. Anwar received his Bachelor of Science degree in Cell and
Molecular Biology and DDS degree from the University of Washington.
Dr. Anwar has taken advanced training in the fields of Oral Surgery
(extractions), Endodontics (root canals), Pedodontics (children's
dentistry), and Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Anwar's main focus is to provide
comprehensive dental care in the most comfortable setting without pain
for his patients.
Dr. Anwar is proud to call the Northwest home
and grew up in Mukilteo, WA. He enjoys spending his free time with
family, friends, and wife. He currently practices at Sunrise Dental of
Snohomish & Puyallup.
Dr. Shao
General Dentistry
David Shao, DMD
Dr. David Shao received his doctoral degree in dentistry from Boston
University School of Dental Medicine in 2004. Dr. Shao practices all
aspects of general dentistry, with special focus in dental implants. Dr.
Shao is a faculty instructor at the University of Washington School of
Dentistry. Dr. Shao also volunteers in community service such as the ADA
sponsored “Give-A-Smile” program which provides free dental care for
underprivileged children.
To further his skills and knowledge in the latest dental techniques and
technology, Dr. Shao has taken over 500 hours of dental continuing
education. In 2008, Dr. Shao graduated from the prestigious Misch
International Implant Institute and in 2009, he became one of the
youngest member to be awarded fellowship status in the ICOI
(International Congress of Oral Implantologists)
During his spare time, Dr. Shao spends time with his 2 children Isabelle and William, and he enjoys golfing and photography.
Dr. Hsu

Andy Hsu, DMD
Dr. Andy Hsu graduated from Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 2004.
He
completed a year residency in General Practice at Montrose Hospital,
New York in 2005. At work, he likes to educate his patients about the
importance of having good oral health. Outside of work, he enjoys
spending time with his family and his lovely dog. Dr. Andy Hsu has
joined the Sunrise family since 2009.

Phong Dang, DDS
Dr. Phong Dang is a general dentist that has experience in all aspects of dentistry including oral surgery, cosmetic restorations, fixed and removable prosthodontics, implants and root canals. As a professional dental team, we provide our patients with excellent care, quality dentistry and strive to improve our patient’s oral health.
Dr. Dang grew up locally. He attended the University of Washington and graduated with a BS in Cellular and Molecular Biology and later with Doctor of Dental Surgery. After graduation, it was an easy decision for him to reside and practice dentistry in the state of Washington. He actively promotes oral health in the community and has gone on several dental missions to Vietnam.
