Sunrise Dental is proud to be located in a city with as great of history at Snohomish. Founded in 1858, Snohomish was once known as the “Antique Capital of the Northwest.” It is currently nestled between the sparkling blue waters of Puget Sound and the rugged, snow-capped peaks of the Cascade Mountains.

Dr. Cheung
General Dentistry

Carl Cheung, DMD

Dr. Carl Cheung grew up on the east coast, attending dental school at Case Western. Upon graduation, drawn to Seattle’s diversity in both cultures and activities, he immediately moved out west.

Dr. Cheung loves to expand his clinical skills and is continually learning by taking Continuing Education courses. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Washington State Dental Association, and the Seattle King County Dental Association.

Dr. Cheung prides himself in trying to get to know his patients. He has a gentle, caring approach and prides in giving as painless an injection as possible. He’s always willing to explain any questions a patient may have to the best of his abilities and gives patients the best options for treatment.

In his off time, he likes to spend time with friends and exploring new places. If you see him out, he’s either: checking out Seattle, watching a movie, or trying out a restaurant! He loves the proximity to nature and is excited to go hiking and skiing.

Dr. Hsu
General Dentistry

Andy Hsu, DMD

Dr. Andy Hsu graduated from Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 2004.
He completed a year residency in General Practice at Montrose Hospital, New York in 2005. At work, he likes to educate his patients about the importance of having good oral health. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and his lovely dog. Dr. Andy Hsu has joined the Sunrise family since 2009.
